We are seeking enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team in providing outstanding support and Education and Training to primary school pupils. Roles and Responsibilities: Leading small group sessions and interventions to boost pupil progress Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum Covering classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity of learning Supporting pupils with additional needs to ensure they are fully included in the classroom Working closely with teachers and the wider school team to monitor pupil progress and provide tailored support Contributing to the development of lesson plans and resources Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all pupils Requirements: Previous experience as an HLTA in UK primary schools is essential.
