Health, Safety and Compliance Officer St Ives£28-32,000 Permanent Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for a motivated Health, Safety and Compliance Officer.  This is a great opportunity to grow and develop with the business whilst maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.  To be suitable for the role,you will need some experience in this area, but you may come from a different background where you use similar skills.  As the Health, Safety and Compliance Officer, you will hold the following responsibilities:   Motivate staff to adhere to health and safety practices Performance monitoring andcompliance Collating statistical information for health and safety management Evidence of compliance within auditing Undertake inspections on site and working at heights Present information in forms, tables and spreadsheets Development of a robust management system Assisting the directors in finding the right strategy for H&S moving forward Supporting the senior staff to lead the H&S initiatives.
