Role: Head of News & Information Territory: Group What we’re all about: Celador Radio forms part of the Celador Entertainment Group. We’re famous around the world for, amongst others, devising and launching the quiz show ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?’ and producing the film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. We also own and operate twenty local and regional radio stations across the south of England. What the job entails: As Head of News & Information for Celador Radio, you will be responsible not only for the editorial and people leadership of all local, national and international news, but also for entertainment news, traffic & travel bulletins and community & general information output across all platforms including our websites and social media platforms. All speech content for our stations will fall within your remit. You will also be a key member of the Celador Radio management team. What are we looking for? Well you must be an outstanding journalist and an inspirational leader with excellent communication skills. You will have strong editorial judgment and a thorough understanding of the differing news agendas across each of our markets.
