Reporting into the General Manager, we're looking for someone to lead our audio production team: prioritising our repertoire selection, and managing and growing a team of producers and the workflow that enables them to create the world's best audio for focus, relaxation and sleep. You'll need to enjoy management and process design alongside the quest for audio excellence. This is a hybrid position which will require the chosen candidate to be based in the office 2 days a week, with the potential to be flexible when required.
