Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers through multiple channels such as email, chat, or phone. Return& Refund Handling: Address return and refund requests, ensuring all processes are followed accurately. Required Skills& Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Experience: Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assist both technical and non-technical customers. Technical Skills: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CRM systems (experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, or similar is a plus). Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving problems. Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a remote, multi-functional team environment.
