The Role This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll play a central role in ensuring the office operates seamlessly. Working closely with senior management, your responsibilities will include: * Reception&Administration: Acting as the first point of contact for phone calls and email enquiries, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere * Financial Support: Assisting with invoicing, fees, and general accounts, helping to maintain efficient financial processes * Compliance Management: Overseeing accreditations and certifications, ensuring timely renewals and maintaining all necessary documentation * Performance Monitoring: Collaborating with senior management to track internal KPIs and support strategic objectives You’ll be based in the office for a minimum of four days a week, maintaining a strong presence in this busy and engaging environment About You To excel in this role, you will require: * Relevant Experience: Previous experience as an Office Manager (or similar), ideally within the construction orproperty sector (though this is not essential) * Excellent Organisational Skills: A strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with keen attention to detail * Strong Communication Skills: Confident in managing phone calls, email enquiries and building relationships with both colleagues and stakeholders * Proactive Mindset: A self-starter with a can-do attitude, ready to anticipate and address the needs of a dynamic team * Tech-Savvy: Competent in using modern office tools and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
