Our restaurant is a sustainable offering for both in-house guests, tourists and locals alike– focussing on Scottish seafood and other delicacies. You will be someone who can cater customers’ experiences to provide excellent service and work closely with our Kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of the entire restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager you will be supporting both operationally (development and management of team members) and behind the scenes (such as managing finances and stock). You will be someone who is well versed to all aspects of running a high-end restaurant.
