Business Development Executive
Glasgow - hybrid working
Permanent, full time position£24-28,000 DOE + commission/benefits

You will have a competitive nature, be hungry to succeed in a sales environment and have the ability to build relationships with key customers. You will join a close-knit team who often social together and support one another ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities:
Developing relationships with existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities via the telephone and attending regular customer meetings.
Prepare quotations and proposals to customer (support will be provided until you feel confident).
Grow your network of contacts via LinkedIn.
Develop and implement a sales plan ensuring all opportunities are followed up.
Deliver positive, high levels of customer service all the way the sales process.

Strong communicator and proactive team member.
Driven and motivated to achieve success.
Tenacity and resilience.
Be confident speaking to people at all levels.
Prior track record of working within a similar sales/recruitment background would be advantageous.
Can work to tight deadlines.
Package:
Salary - £24,000 - £28,000.
