**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented **Quality Auditor Blockline CMM** to join our team specialising in **Quality** for our **Daventry Plant** in **Daventry, United Kingdom.**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Ensure Precision: By using advanced measuring techniques like FARO Arm&CMM, you'll ensure components meet exact specifications.
+ Quality Assurance: Your measurements will confirm compliance or identify non-compliance, maintaining high standards.
+ Cross-Functional Support: Providing measurement support to various areas, including the Blockline, enhancing overall production quality.
+ Audit Participation: Supporting internal and external supplier quality audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
+ Problem Resolution: By inspecting non-conforming parts, you'll help address and resolve quality issues promptly.
+ Cleanliness Audits: Conducting engine block cleanliness audits ensures components are ready for assembly and customer supply.
+ Data Collection: Collecting and reporting quality audit data will provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
+ Process Validation: Supporting new CMM program validation ensures accurate and reliable measurement processes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education/Experience:**
+ Good standard of Secondary Education (essential).
+ Engineering and Metrology qualifications (desirable).
+ Knowledge of GD&T, technical drawings, and inspection standards.
+ 1st principle measurement techniques.
+ Computer literacy.
+ Experience in manufacturing, engineering, and quality, including using measuring equipment (e.g., CMM, Faro Arm, Micrometers, height gauges).
+ Programming measuring equipment (desirable).
_This role involves physical demands including the Manual handling of parts and equipment._
_The compensation for this role is aligned with a local bargained or unionised agreement._
