Familiarity with state-of-the-art emissions systems across various platforms is essential. + Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders, including Plant Quality, Manufacturing Strategy, and Certification Engineers globally. This includes building networks and trust, and ensuring that conformity requirements are met and reported efficiently. + Project Management and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven skills in managing projects, guiding audits and appraisals, and developing process documentation. Creative problem-solving and the ability to remove roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately are crucial. + Regulatory and Environmental Acumen: Deep knowledge of environmental regulatory compliance and standards.
