Fire Safety Surveyor - Up to£56,000 - Berkshire I am currently recruiting for a Surveyor within one of UKs largest housing associations. Within this role you will be managing designated fire risk assessment tasks. Additionally, analysing and assessing building defects forms, leading to the formulation of remedial proposals and preparation of specifications for necessary repairs and ensuring these specifications are current and aligned with legislative standards remains paramount. Duties: * Reporting to the Fire Safety Contract Manager within the Asset and Sustainability Directorate's Fire Safety team. * Supervise fire risk assessment activities. * Ensure accurate completion of designated fire risk assessment tasks within specifieddeadlines. * Maintain properties to the highest standards. * Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations. * Strive to deliver excellent service to staff, residents, leaseholders, managing agencies, and property owners. The association also offer: * Starting basic salaryof £50,000 to £56,000 (DOE). * Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days from home available and 2 days onsite. * Pension Scheme - doubles the contribution up to 10%. * 27 days leave (not including bank holidays and rising with service). * In house training academy and support for L&D. * Health cash plan, eyecare, dental&life assurance. * Options to buy or sell leave. * 35 hour week.
