About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the learning and development of pupils in a classroom setting. * Assisting with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons. * Providing one-to-one or small-group support to pupils as required. * Encouraging pupils’ independence and confidence in their abilities. * Supporting students with personal care, where necessary, and promoting theirwell-being. * Helping to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
