BREEAM Manager Ref:BM312 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BREEAM assessor to join a growing independent sustainability consultancy. The successful candidate will take the lead on numerous BREEAM projects and help mentor a team of aspiring BREEAM consultants. Role responsibilities for a BREEAM Manager include: Leading on multiple BREEAM projects from early design stages to project completions Mentor the more junior members of the team and ensure their reports and assessments are met within deadlines Carryout general Sustainability reports, as well as BREEAM assessments from project inception to certification Identify new areas of business, as well as maintaining and building new client relationshipsThe ideal BREEAM Manager will have: An educational background within an environmental science, sustainability, or engineering discipline Over 3 years' experience as a BREEAM Consultant with ideally a BREEAM Assessor qualification such as BREEAM AP Successful experience leading and delivering on BREEAM projects independently Experience managing a team of more junior BREEAM Assessors would be beneficial Excellent communication and presentation skillsBenefits of the role include: Competitive salary scaling up to£50,000 Remote working Pension scheme Generous holiday allowanceIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
