DEVELOPMENT MANAGER &ndash BAHRAINWe have been retained by an international client that are looking to strengthen their team with a Training Manager The incumbent will be responsible for surfacing potential opportunities for growth by adding new businesses to our portfolio These may be hotel new builds conversions or rebrands mainly under franchised agreements or restaurants retail or real estate opportunities We are looking for someone that is well-rounded with high energy and a great personality Responsibilities included but not limited to Exceptional drive and personal initiative Must possess strong local network and business referrals Effective business writing and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills must be a successful &ldquo networker&rdquo both internally and externally role requires considerable liaison with multiple stakeholders and maintenance of considerable internal and external relationships Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects and work streams under tight deadline Relevant experience preparing feasibility analysis and pro forma projections for hotels restaurants real estate or other business opportunities Strong financial modelling capabilities and proficiency in various types of valuation and investment return analyses Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and project and model a business P&amp L Qualifications &amp Experience Educated to degree level or equivalent ideall
