Staffline is recruiting for an Office Manager in Derby. The rate of pay is £34,000 per annum (Depending on experience). This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on fixed day shifts and the hours of work are: - 7am to 4pm - 8am to 5pm with 2.30pm finish on a Friday Your Time at Work As an Office Manager, your duties include: - Maintain the office organisation by organising documents, filing, and maintaining records - Oversee sales are completed and orders are fulfilled - Manage the supply needs for the office such as supplies, equipment, etc. - Manage staff schedule of work - Allocate tasks, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities - Set a deadline for completion of tasks - Establish and maintain office procedure - Deal with any staff issues and conflicts - To establish a productive environment - Review staff performance - Deal with complaints or feedback - Deal with correspondence and inquiries Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will be a people person who is able to have difficult conversations and can lead a team of up to 5. You will be a forward thinker and be able to modernise systems and processes. Other skills you will need are: - Knowledge of office management procedures - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Analytical ability and aptitude in problem-solving - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively for various tasks assigned - The ability to work with minimal supervision when needed. Experience in a similar role is required.
