What you will be doing Functional Responsibilities: Leverage expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Salesfunctionalities, includingActivities, Accounts, Leads, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, and Configurations. Analyse and map business processes across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business stories and identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation. Design, configure, and implement enhancements to Microsoft D365 Sales, ensuring optimal performance and business alignment. Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users, ensuring effective system utilization. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new system features. Technical Responsibilities: Work closely with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical design specifications. Configure workflows and business process automation usingPower Automate. Customize forms, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience. Develop and maintain integrations betweenMicrosoft D365 Salesand other platforms (e.g.,D365 Finance& Operations, Customer Insights). Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Support data migration, system upgrades, and feature enhancements, ensuring minimal business disruption. What you will bring along Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Minimum5 yearsof combinedfunctional and technicalexperience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM). Hands-on experience withworkflow approval configuration, customization, and automation. Strong knowledge ofPower Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Exposure toMicrosoft D365 Finance& Operations. Experience developing and configuring KPI-based reports and dashboards. Ability to define and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of project management principles and agile methodologies.
