Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to drive continuous improvement. Handle escalated customer inquiries,complaints, and complex issues to ensure resolutions are achieved in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and underwriting, to identify customer pain points and implement solutions. Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures to maintain high service standards. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to identify opportunities for process improvements.Requirements for this position: Previous experience in a customer service role and within a supervisory capacity. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex customer issues. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. High-level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service-related tools. Knowledge of the insurance sector is highly desirable.
