We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Perth on a temporary basis for an eight-week campaign, with the potential for extension. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid option once trained, working in the head office of a UK-wide organisation. full time, hybrid£12 - £12.50 per hour Key responsibilities include: - Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
