In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing product feature development for CrowdStrike, from concept to release and support. As a leader, you'll mentor and manage a team of talented engineers, fostering their professional growth and creating a collaborative work environment. You'll be expected to provide guidance, remove obstacles, and support your team members in achieving their career goals. You'll work closely with product management to understand customer requirements and define delivery roadmaps. Your leadership will be important in guiding our team and product development, fully contributing to CrowdStrike's mission. This role is open in Romania, remote or hybrid.
