About the Role As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing customer expectations and ensuring seamless order processing and delivery. You’ll work closely with supply chain and sales functions, proactively tracking orders and resolving any challenges to provide a premier customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
