Primtac are proud to partenr with a valued client seeking a Project Manager to join their team to work on Projects in Leinster, mainly around North Dublin. ROLE&RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met. * Oversee all aspects of construction activities, including site preparation, construction progress, and quality control. * Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track. * Supervise sub-contractor and direct labour activities on site. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. * Oversee project finances, budget control and cost control * Perform regular site inspections * Submit project documentation when required, and ensure effective communication throughout the team. IDEAL CANDIDATE * Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent * 5+ years experience in construction. * Valid safe pass and drivers license * IT Literate, be able to create projects on sioftware packages for
