You will be supported by our inhouse Paediatric / Children’s Clinical Lead as well as experienced Paediatric / Children’s Care Coordinator in delivering a solid care experience for the young person and families involved. Care First 24 are a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK and support those with PHB’s, CHC funded, case management as well as private clients. We have a new package of care available for a Complex Care Assistant in Bournemouth:* Patient details: 16-year-old female * Location: Bournemouth (BH8) POC Hours: * 52 weeks per year / NIGHTS. 21.15 – 08.30 – Monday to Sunday * Term time / DAYS. 1 x carer Mon / Weds / Fri – 16.00 – 21.30. DAYS . 1 x carer Tuesday&Thursday– 14.00 – 21.30 * NON Term-Time.
