About the role Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Community Stakeholder Manager to join the Power T&D Business supporting our project on the Isle of Skye What you'll be doing Support the delivery of the Skye Reinforcement Project’s Community Engagement Strategy and Community Commitments. Participate in the development of the Balfour Beatty community reputation through coordinating, contributing to and delivering Community Engagement activities in sublot area(s) as required:Such as: Developing plans Responding to enquiries and complaints Coordinating and supporting events Meeting stakeholders Coordinate and support the delivery of Community Investment work in areas as the programme requires. Take a lead in the preparation, recording and distribution of communication and community engagement materials for internal and external use.Close liaison with other contractors to ensure consistency across the project. Contribute to reporting and monitoring processes as required to ensure the effective flow of information.Develop, manage and maintain key client and Community relationships throughout the Project’s lifecycle. This will involve analysis, planning and responding to needs, identification of requirements and emerging demands. Develop andmaintain mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders acting as a trusted adviser on strategic communications matters Support a ‘one team’ culture and the delivery of project and communications KPI’s.
