Clinical Nurse Team Leader Salary: Up to£42,500 37.5 hours per week   Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship   We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse Team Leader (RGN) to join our client’s team. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care, while leading and supporting a team of healthcare professionals.   The ideal candidate will bring experience in specialist palliative or neurological care, excellent leadership capabilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a clinical leadership position and is committed patient centre care.   What You’ll Bring Qualifications: RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification (Adult) with a valid UK NMC Pin. Experience: Proven expertise in specialist palliative or neurological care. Skills: Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities, effective communication skills, and a capacity for managing change and performance. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, integrated care.
