As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions, staff management, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the restaurant team, setting clear objectives and expectations to drive performance and achieve business goals. Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
