This traditional Inn has been family-owned for 20+ years and the owners are now looking for a capable Chef and FOH manager couple to oversee the business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, passionate, customer-focused couple to operate the site with full autonomy. We are looking for one partner to lead Front of House and the other to oversee Kitchen/Catering operations. The site offers a unique combination of a traditional Inn, with rooms, and a restaurant and bar. The pub is full of character and has a good reputation for good pub food and a warm welcome. General Manager / Pub Manager * Personable with an infectious personality. * Strong leadership skills. * Experience in running busy pub operations. * Strong commercial and financial understanding. * Experience running similar sites. Chef/Catering Manager * Experience running Kitchen operations in either hotels or fresh food Inns/pubs. * Strong leadership skills. * Able to ensure all legal health and safety requirements are met.
