Join us as an Acceleration Manager
Take on a new role, where you’ll be coaching entrepreneurs one on one, as well as delivering engaging events and workshops, to help accelerate their businesses within the Cardiff hub
We’ll look to you to bring a positive and motivating attitude, in order to engage with and encourage entrepreneurs and stakeholders

We're offering this role for a period of three months
What you'll do
Our bank isproud to be making a difference, allowing budding entrepreneurs access to vital tools and techniques. As an Acceleration Manager, you’ll be directly supporting these ambitious entrepreneurs; coaching and driving them to develop, grow and accelerate their businesses.
You’ll be conducting coaching one to one business coaching with our entrepreneurs, helping them to set and monitor goals and prepare for some of the challenges they’ll face, acting as a sounding board to help them plan, focus and measure successes and failures.
Day to day, you’ll be:
Managing the end to end customer journeys within the accelerator programme, from registration through to onboarding
Leading and facilitating engaging workshops, sharing the tools and techniques required to grow a successful business
Supporting the end to end management, logistics and administration of programmes
Managing reports regarding the accelerator programme, including impact reporting and return on investment reporting
Creating and managing a hub community to create an environment of business growth
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for a team player, with the ability to foster effective working relationships to a senior level. You'll have excellent communication skills, and an ability to adapt your style and approach to influence and engage a range of audiences. Most importantly, you’ll have a positive attitude and a passion to support entrepreneurship.
You’ll also need:
Experience of managing projects and programmes
Internal and external communications experience
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
The ability to influence stakeholders across the bank and external such as Mentors and partners
A proven ability to work effectively under pressure, and work flexibly balancea variety of responsibilities and changing priorities
