One of our Public Sector clients based in the North West is looking for a Building and Capital Projects Manager on an interim basis for 6 months with a view to extend. Ideally you will: Based in a commutable distance to North West (3 days in office, rest is WFH) Have 5+ years experience within Building Surveying and Capital Projects experience. Be RICS or MCIOB qualified. Responsibilities include: Managing x2 Building Surveyors, Admin Support Officer and Compliance Surveyor. Work on Budget Control and Risk Management Manage external teams, dealing and appointing contractors. Dealing with implementing repairs and maintenance and also their budgets and PPM. Interviews to be taking place as soon as next week.
