Responsibilities for the SEN Maths Teacher: * Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum. * Preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements and learners needs. * Mark and assess pupils’ work, providing constructive feedback. * Maintain classroom behaviour in a positive and effective way. * Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community. * Communicate effectively with parents to support student progress when needed. * Teach maths from KS3 - KS4. * Have SEN experience with students with complex needs. Requirements of the SEN Maths Teacher: * Experience working with children in an educational SEN setting. * Strong organizational skills and the ability toplan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons. * Positive, nurturing attitude with a genuine passion for education. * Dedication to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
