Promoting your own personal brand as well as Hays as a leading Recruiter within this field. Generating, identifying, and actioning prospective business leads to build the local presence within Cambridgeshire Owning and completing all tasks associated to the end-to-end recruitment of a contract recruitment professional, inclusive of winning new business, negotiating terms, delivering appropriate talent through to closing deals with clients and candidates. Providing excellent service and aftercare while achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, showcasing our efficiency and effectiveness.
