Business Development Manager Holt Engineering is working with a client to secure a highly skilled and dynamic Business Development Manager to join the business. A well-respected engineering business with a global presence, our client has an excellent reputation. The ideal candidate will be a positive and results-driven individual with a strong focus on continuous improvement, excellent proven negotiation skills at a senior level, and international networking and sales experience. You must have an understanding of engineering machinery, components or tooling and ideally the aerospace industry and its processes.
