Job Description: Sycamore Care is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced recruitment representative with a background in both telephone sales and the social care industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social care recruitment processes, demonstrating a passion for connecting candidates with the right opportunities. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Sycamore Care's services and understanding their recruitment needs. * Collaborate with social care organisations to identify and source suitable candidates. * Offer both temporary and permanent staffing solutions to meet clients' diverse requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure effective communication with clients. * Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. Requirements: * Proven experience in telephone sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Background in the social care industry and familiarity the recruitment processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational and time management abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Knowledge of social care regulations and industry standards.
