This Bristol based maintenance company are recruiting due to an increase in work load one on of their key contracts across the South West region and are recruiting for someone to cover sites across BS, BA, TA,SN, GL postcodes. . As mobile Multi trade Maintenance operative you will be responsible for maintenance to both domestic and commercial properties across the region. Works will include planned and reactive maintenance to building fabrics of commercial sites and kitchens and bathrooms replacements and repairs to various office refurbishments where you will be responsible for taking the job from just a shell through to completed floor with stud partitioning and decor completed to a high standard. As multi trade operative you should have experience in the following trades - Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling Wet trades such as bricklaying, plastering&rendering. You will be provided with a van and work on a call out rota of 1 in 4-6 weeks Salary£34-38k depending on experience and qualifications, OTE £40-45k with call out and overtime.
