JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor Location: South Bristol Hours: Full Time. Salary: Up to£90K DOE and PQE Flexible hours and working location can be considered. Day-to-day, you'll manage a caseload of no more than 20 Multi-Track claims relating to a variety of medical negligence issues, working closely with clients to build strong cases and achieve fair outcomes. You will assess potential claims, liaise with experts, and negotiate settlements while maintaining a client-focused approach. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:4+ PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence or complex personal Injury will be considered. However, you will ideally be 8+ years post qualified Solicitor or FCILEX. Experience managing wide variety of Clinical Negligence file including but not limited to; Brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis, general all round medical negligence. Successful track record of billing in Medical/ Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury. Manage a caseload of roughly 20 high value files varying in complexity, over £200K - £millions.
