Your Role in Building Brighter Futures As a Catering Manager at Sir Bernard Lovell Academy, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. As a Catering Manager, you will support the development and growth of Zest; the in-house catering and hospitality service within Futura Learning Partnership School, based at Bitton, Bristol. What You’ll Bring to Futura We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant who: * Can ensure a comprehensive and professional food and beverage operation, preparing fresh food and the selling of hot and cold beverages. * Can ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are adhered too and maintained. Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community. * Will beable to effectively deliver a quality product, to pre plan and support a variety of catering requirements for the customers at both schools. * Holds a catering qualification and food hygiene certificate. Knowledge of COSHH would be advantageous however training will be provided.
