You will own, manage and deliver the training while reporting into the Head of Compliance. The ideal candidate is a Training and Compliance Manager from the wealth industry who is looking for a business where they can add their own training ideas, be autonomous to a large degree, work in a hybridenvironment and be able to put their stamp on a growing business. THE ROLE: Providing Financial Regulatory Training to all staff. Development and Improvement of clear, comprehensive T&C scheme personalised for the business. Keep Business up to date with any changes in regulations. Work with Head of Compliance to drive standards across the business. THE PERSON: DipFA Qualified. Wealth Management Practice Experience. Independent and stand-alone training experience. Able to train experienced advisors, junior financial planners as well as administrative staff.
