Description Managing correspondence, including calls, enquiry e-mails and customer intro packages. Creating reports to support senior management when required. Communicating with contractors and architects to identify requirements of proposed projects and potential leads. Monitoring specifications on the NBS platform and reaching out to the lead on the project. Helping the sales team to manage major projects and ensure they are followed up promptly. Follow up and update leads which have been quoted but not yet converted. Assisting the Head of Marketing with activities including: Development of social media posts. LinkedIn outreach. Website updates.
