Key Responsibilities: Advise customers and handle their enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Prepare quotes and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Support the sales team with various administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and update our customer database. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
