Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in the hotel/leisure industry Completed APC or on the path to completion Self-motivated with own transport and willingness to travel nationwide Ability to work independently and use initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client-facing skills Effective problem-solving skills and innovative thinking Team player with minimal supervision Flexibleand able to prioritize tasks Responsibilities: Manage estimating and cost planning activities Apply value management techniques Liaise with clients and design teams Monitor on-site progress and attend site meetings Answer queries and issue variations Conduct cost reporting and ensure compliance withclient requirements Place and coordinate FF&E orders Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow Ensure timely and accurate applications Negotiate and agree on final accounts Coordinate successful and timely practical completion Benefits: Competitive salary of£45K - £55K Flexible working hours (Monday to Thursday: 7.5 hours, Friday: 6.5 hours) Flexible start and end times 25 working days holiday entitlement plus statutory holidays Staff health scheme eligibility (subject to a successful probationary period) Life insurance scheme Are you ready to take your career to the next level?
