Job Title People Operations Coordinator Hours 40 Hours Per Week Type Temporary Ongoing 3 Months with potential for extension Location Birmingham B3 Start Date ASAP Work Pattern Monday & x2013 Friday 09 00am & x2013 17 00pm We& x2019 re seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our client& x2019 s People & Culture Team of an organization dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace This role is key in ensuring a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle providing first-line support and efficient delivery of people services Key Duties and Responsibilities Contribute to developing a workplace where employees can achieve their potential Support in creating a diverse and inclusive organization where everyone feels a sense of belonging Ensure the organization& x2019 s values and culture align with strategic objectives and employee contributions toward the vision Develop and implement policies procedures and processes to support a high-quality and inclusive employee experience while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Provide first-line administrative support for people services across the entire employee lifecycle Utilize HR systems and processes to deliver an excellent customer experience Maintain efficient delivery of services aligned with good practice standards Requirements Car driver vehicle needed No Business insurance required No DBS Not required
