Working at the forefront of B2C technology this Lead Developer will play a key role in improving the development roadmap working with the business to translate business requirements into platform improvements. This role would suit a senior engineer looking to step up into a Lead role or an existing Lead or Principle Developer looking to move into a dynamic, fast paced environment with excellent autonomy to help shape the technical output of a market leader as they enter their next phase of business growth. This Lead Developer will split their time between hands on solution development and roadmapping, product strategy, roadmap improvements&mentorship offering a varied and engaging work life.
