We're recruiting for an Cleaning and waste shift supervisor to oversee cleaning and waste management operations at a state-of-the-art logistics facility in Solihull. Role Overview As the Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality service, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining efficient operations. You'll be leading a team, managing daily tasks, and working closely with colleagues to meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and waste management activities. Monitor and manage staff performance, attendance, and training. Conduct quality and health&safety audits, addressing non-conformances promptly. Collaborate with clients to build strong working relationships. Ensure all team members comply with health and safety procedures. Handle grievances and disciplinary issues in line with company policies. Drive continuous improvement by implementing effective processes and procedures. What We're Looking For Essential: Proven experience supervising teams in cleaning or waste management. Knowledge of Health&Safety regulations and legislation. Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
