Provide direction to the team and project leads, integrating activities across all departments to ensure successful project implementation and support. Anticipate and identify issues that may inhibit project goals, developing and implementing corrective actions as needed. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure processes are integrated to support expected customer service levels. Facilitate the creation of a cohesive team environment. Oversee team member staffing, selection, evaluation, career planning, and development. What we look for  Required  Proven leadership in driving multidisciplinary teams to meet business needs. 10 years of HVAC experience in sales, operations, or project development. Extensive HVAC technical expertise, especially in sales/design solutions. In-depth knowledge of HVAC products and current industry trends. Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities.
