Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond… Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant Role&Responsibilities:● Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students ● Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs ● Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate ● Deliver catch-up sessions Non-negotiables: * Musthave recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND. * Must have a passion for education * Enrich the learning experience for gifted and SEN students. * Establish one-on-one mentoring and provide solace to students in distress. * Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills * Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher Why choose Milk?
