Role: HR&Resourcing Manager Location: Brixton Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 Salary: £35,000 Our client  is going through an exciting period of growth&, as such, a fantastic  opportunity has now arisen for an HR&Resourcing Manager to join their team in Brixton. About our client: Our client  is an international textile, hygiene&facilities services business, operating in 29 countries across the globe, delivering a complete textile rental and laundry service. They offer everything from workwear to mats, mops, bed and bath linen, hygiene supplies and pest control services. Benefits: £35,000 salary 28 days Annual Leave (incl Bank Holidays) Career progression based on performance About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources, as the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development. Working closely with RD, HRBP, GM and the plant Management Team you will provide day to day HR support. You will act as Key Point of contact for any recruitment requirements so will need to have extensive recruitment experience as well as being well versed in generalist HR policies&procedures. What we would like from you: An excellent communicator who is able to communicate effectively and professionally with people at all levels. Ability to show empathy, make clear decisions and is able to influence the right outcomes when required. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, administration, planning and organisational skills. Previous recruitment experience Good working knowledge of IT systems including payroll, HR, and MS office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) If interested in this role, please apply below.
