The Job: Assistant Centre Manager As an Automotive Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager, to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability, with firm focus on the customer's journey. Ideally you will have had previous hands-on experience as a mechanic as you will be dividing your time between the workshop, working alongside the technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service Supporting the current centre manager in the day to day running of the garage Also assisting in vehicle repairs when very busy or if technicians need assistance Communication with customers Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the workshop environment Team player willing to assist in other workshop duties as and when required.
