Your Responsibilities Will Include: Serving as the primary contact for customer accounts, delivering top-notch service and support. Communicating seamlessly with external and internal customers, including end users and technical support teams. Managing customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels with a friendly, professional demeanour. Generating and distributing detailed customer open order reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Inputting customer orders and sample requests into our system (MFG) within 24 hours of receipt. Collaborating with Account Managers to navigate new contracts and pricing agreements. Analysing orders, progressing them, and escalating issues as needed to ensure smooth operations. Attending customer meetings and visits to strengthen relationships and address any concerns. Assisting with the administrative processes of returns while adhering to quality procedures. Working closely with the Finance Department to manage credit-related inquiries and issues. Being a proactive problem solver for customer invoice queries. Continuously reviewing and improving business practises to enhance efficiency and customer service. What We're Looking For: Essential Experience: Proven experience in customer service or account management. Strong communication skills across various platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. A proactive approach to customer needs, working well both independently and as part of a team. Desirable Qualifications: Additional language skills are a plus! Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
