This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding sales team and play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the sales process. As a newly created position, this role offers you the chance to make a significant impact and truly define the Account Executive function within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Drive new business by initiating sales conversations, delivering product demonstrations, and showcasing the value of our products and services
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying future growth opportunities
Proposal Development: Craft and present tailored proposals that address the unique needs of prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales progress in our CRM (HubSpot) for reliable and timely reporting.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights to enhance our software, sales strategies, and processes, driving higher conversion rates.
Client Engagement: Actively encouraged to visit clients across the UK and internationally, fostering deeper connections and understanding.

Salary - £45K -£60K (depending on experience) plus commission
Working arrangements- This role is remote, with the opportunity to work from the Lincolnshire office should you wish.
All You Need
3-5 years minimum in a closing role, ideally as an Account Executive in SaaS
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Proactive and target-driven nature
Desirable to have knowledge within the food tech and FMCG sector
