Efficiently resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
