What you Bring to Safran:Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in various HR disciplines. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations. Knowledge of adult learning theory and change management concepts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. Ability to implement innovative, creative and forward-thinking HR programs and solutions.Behaviors:Strong desire to learn and grow while being open-minded&solutions oriented with the ability to engage and influence.
